The ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Board of Trustees is comprised of five community college district residents who are appointed by the governor to a five-year term. The board sets policy for the institution and delegates administrative authority to the president of the college.

The Board of Trustees of ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ adopts this policy manual as guidance in its development and monitoring of policies and procedures that relate to the governance of the college.
